The Fog Descends

A quick shot taken on the fly as I left work one evening in Toronto. The mood, lighting and sense of “closeness” were just right. Main challenges were holding the camera still with the long exposure and cramming enough into the composition to make it interesting. I even like the streetcar power cable running across the shot. This image is part of SkyWatch Friday.

Very cool shot – I like the cables running through the image as well, gives it a interesting sense of line and direction that contrasts with the upward movement of the buildings. Nicely done!

I like the angle of the shot a lot.
The fog rolling down is magic, I guess it riolls back just as fast. that’s the way over here anyway. The wiew changes in minutes
